Island Rocks
In the summer of 2009 I found myself trapped on a small island in Georgian Bay for a couple of days. Luckily, I came prepared with my photography equipment. All of the images here were created over two evenings as the sun was setting.
A few images show the rocks in their surroundings of water and sky. Those were created with longer shutter speeds through the use of a variable neutral density filter. The colour of the water in these shots is as captured, that is, not manipulated.
